which inspired me to respond like so:

It takes consistent *practice* to stop worrying.

To stop worrying is like trying to lose weight…It takes consistent exercise to stop worrying and keep it off (keep it away).

It takes a practice of a positive attitude and awareness.

It takes consistent effort in reminding yourself that worrying never solves a problem…it only makes the problem feel worse, it only makes you feel more unhappy, it only makes you feel more stressed.

Worry can never get you closer to a solution, it only keeps you stuck in the problem. 

And if you want to feel better, if you want to feel happier, if you want to feel stress free from whatever the problem may be —- look for the lesson —- in the problem and focus….i must emphasize ******focus****** every sec of every day on the solution out of the problem and when you finally reach the solution —learn from the lesson— on how to never get back into the problem again!

And you will grow into a ~~ better and more happier person~~~ then you were before the problem ever came! And that is a great outcome to look forward too when you stop worrying and just focus on the solution.
